Over the last 5 years, I’ve been training so many women to fall in love with strength training, turning up for themselves and making themselves a priority.
In the beginning of my journey I did all my favourite influencers programs, 6 week shreds, cutting back on all my favourite foods and was left feeling damaged and exhausted.
When I found a routine that actually worked for ME, I could be consistent with and I enjoyed, everything changed. I realised it's more than just the body I create, but it's about the person you become and the power you give yourself to change.
Life is too short to keep waiting for you to feel better. Do something about it, Take action.
It is my goal to help my clients do something they never ever thought they could do, feel and look empowered and strong and full of life. Amplify their life.
I've helped women around the world, both online and in the gym, achieve their fitness goals, from bodybuilding and fat loss to simply building confidence. My mission is to empower women to prioritise their health, protect their mental well-being, and amplify their strengths instead of shrinking their self-esteem.

This program is DESIGNED to get you results. Even if you are new to the gym. With our strategies in place, if you do your end of the bargain and show up, there is no reason why you will not get your results
You will have a 1-1 call with myself every single week. This will help you stay on track, go over anything you are struggling with and set tasks for the following week. You also have access to message my Whatsapp where I will reply on the same day.
